Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 500 gms green beans : (cut in 3-4 pices)


  • 2-3 nos aloo (cut into long side)


  • 5-6 nos hari mirch :(cut into long side)


  • 1/4 cups hara dhaniya (fine chopped )


  • 3 nos onion (cut into long but. little think)


  • 1 tsp zeera


  • 1 tbsp haldi


  • 1 tsp pisa dhaniya


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp amchoor


  • 1 tbsp lal mirch


  • 1 tbsp lal mirch opinional (i never use lal mirch) use only 2 hari mirch


  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat The Oil (Mustard) 4 Medium Spoon In Kadahi
  • Put Pinch Of Salt And Stir Add Aloo And Hari Mirch Fry 7 Minutes Oh High Flame Make A Place In Aloo And Add Zeera Leave For 2-3 Minutes And Then Stir Add Beans Stir Wel Add Oniins And Salt . . Stir.
  • Cover It For 10 Minutes On Low Flame After 10 Minutes Stir Littely Again And Cover Again For 10 Minutes Again After 10 Minutes Add Pisa Dhaniya And Haldi , Lal Mirch And Stir Wel But Littely Leave In Low Flame For 5-7 Minutes Add Amchoor And Garam Masala
  • Stir Wel But Again Littely
  • Sprinkle Hara Dhaniya Serve Hot With Chapati
